Pattaya City, Thailand

Pattaya City is now open with no more Covid-19 restrictions. The Pattaya area of Thailand’s eastern seaboard is host to a beguiling range of attractions. The range includes anything from ancient traditions to modern adventures. One can easily find the simple pleasures of the nation’s most lively party street or be humbled by unique religious treasures. Top attractions include the Sanctuary of Truth, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, and nearby islands such as Koh Larn (Coral Island) and Koh Si Chang.

Visiting Pattaya is easy as there are many travel options to choose from. The city is just 147 km off Bangkok and is one of the most accessible place near the capital. It is well connected via Highway 7 (Motorway) and Highway 3 (Bangna-Chonburi Route), so driving will just be a little above 2 hours. Several buses and minivans also shuttle between the capital city and Pattaya.
